What is Tencel® Lyocell Fabric?

MLILY® Mattress Protector is made by Tencel® Lyocell fibers, which are obtained from sustainable wood, harvested from certified and controlled sources. Tencel® Lyocell fibers have gained a reputation for their environmentally responsible, closed-loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibers with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact.

Tencel® Lyocell fibers have been certified as biodegradable and compostable. It is one of the strongest man-made fibers, leading to its great durability property. When viewed under an electron microscope, Tencel® Lyocell fibers exhibit a smooth surface, giving a pleasantly silky smooth and soft feel. Through moisture management, Tencel® Lyocell fibers absorb moisture efficiently, consequently providing a less favorable environment for bacterial growth.

Safety, Care, and Cleaning Instructions

This item is not suitable for use with any kind of electric blanket. Do not allow this item to come into contact with massage oils, lotions, or anti-inflammatory creams as these may irreversibly damage its protective layers.

- This item may be machine washed at up to 60°C.

- Wash separately using a gentle wash cycle or keep in laundry net.

- May be tumble dried at normal temperature.
