- Unroll: Remove the protective bag and unroll the mattress. Avoid using sharp objects directly on the mattress.

When the box is opened in a well-ventilated room, it may take 24-72 hours for the mattress to inflate and reach its full size. It is advised to have two people move it due to the weight. Initially, the mattress will feel firm while lying on it but after a few nights of use, the foams will start to adjust and conform to your body's shape.
Care & Maintenance
Care & Maintenance
The mattress's outer cover is removable and can be hand washed with mild soap and then hung to dry completely. If washed, the cover must be completely dry before it is put back on the mattress.
Care should be taken to avoid spills or moisture, which will be absorbed by the visco-elastic foam if not properly protected.
MLILY mattresses are designed with a single sleeping surface, so they do not require flipping.
Your mattress must be supported by a firm, flat foundation for safety and comfort.

We offer free shipping nationwide to both East and West Malaysia.
Klang Valley: Allow to schedule your delivery for tomorrow or months ahead.
West Malaysia (excluding Klang Valley): Delivery in 2-5 working days via normal courier service.
East Malaysia:
- Sea Freight (Free): 25-30 working days.
- Express Air Freight (RM400): 5-9 working days.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
*Door-to-door service is available to landed properties or buildings with elevators in Klang Valley only.
Returns
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition without unboxing will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
