How do I dispose of my old mattress?

We can help you with your old mattress disposal at NO additional cost. This service is only applicable to selected Klang Valley areas only.

1. Take a screenshot of your order no. as proof.
2. Send the screenshot to +60 11-5630 1315 via WhatsApp or click on the message button at the bottom right corner.
3. Allow our team a day to verify your address and process your request.
4. Once verified, we will notify you and arrange for the delivery of your new mattress and pick up your old mattress.

Do you sell a bed frame or a divan?

No. We do not sell bed frames or a divan but you can visit our largest online furniture marketplace partner, FURNITUREDirect. They have more than 360 SKUs of bedding furniture with a great design, reasonable & affordable price.

How to purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase:-

1. Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products to the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment for the products.
3. You'll reach a log-in page where you need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click the “next” button.
7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

How to add a review of my order on the site?

To submit a review of your purchase:-

1. Login to your profile.
2. Click “My Order”.
3. You'll reach your My Order page and select the "Completed" tab to list all your completed orders.
4. From here, click the “Rate Now” button and start writing your review.
5. Click “Submit” to complete the review.

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email that was used to register the account in the box. Click Submit.
2. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@mlily.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.

What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.

How long does the delivery usually takes?

West Malaysia
Delivery usually will take about 2 to 5 working days.

East Malaysia
-Delivery usually will take about 5-10 working days (air freight)
- Delivery usually will take about 25-30 working days (sea freight)

I want to make the purchase now, but I'd prefer to select a delivery date in the future. Is that feasible?

Yes, of course!

Typically, clients opt for this when relocating, renovating, or spending time away from home. Just inform us of your preferred date, and we'll handle the rest!

Do you provide delivery services on Saturdays and Sundays?

If you're within the Klang Valley, Saturday deliveries are available!

For all other areas, we presently offer deliveries from Monday to Friday. Rest assured, we're striving to enhance our services for you!

Must I be at home when the delivery takes place?

Yes, it's advisable to ensure your presence during delivery, especially for larger items. Please ensure that you provide your contact number in your checkout details as our delivery team may need to contact you upon arrival!

For MLILY Mattress, please be aware that the mattress's weight varies between 18 to 49 kg, depending on the size. If you anticipate difficulty in handling it, we suggest having a trolley ready or enlisting some extra assistance!

How does 100 Night Trial Program Work?

With our 100-night trial, you get to take our MLILY mattress on a dreamy adventure in your own home. Sleep, jump, and even dream. Put it to the ultimate lifestyle test and discover if it's 'the one'!

The 100 Nights Free Trial is applicable only to customers who purchase a mattress at the regular price without any free gifts or extra discounts. Customers who have previously used the sleep trial for a previous purchase are not eligible for another sleep trial. The sleep trial is limited to one trial per household or delivery address. The offer is valid for individual customers only and cannot be used for bulk or commercial purchases.

The sleep trial period is 100 nights, starting from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress during this time, you may return it for a full refund.

After trying our MLILY mattress for a minimum of 30 days, you can decide if you would like to keep or return it. Returns and refunds will be allowed if the product is not dirty, damaged or excessive wear and tear. The mattress must be returned with its original packaging, all tags and labels, including the big plastic wrapping inside to keep the mattress clean during the return process. Failure to meet the return requirements may result in the forfeiture of the refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the mattress is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned mattress and will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that fees or deductions for returns may vary depending on the payment method used for the original purchase, excluding any shipping charges or additional fees.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, inspection will be carry out at the earliest available opportunity. Your refund will be initiated within 14 business days after the inspection.

What does the warranty cover and how can I claim my warranty?

Our warranty offers comprehensive coverage, ensuring your peace of mind. It includes protection against manufacturing defects and various other issues.

Is it okay to snooze on the mattress as soon as i unbox it?

As soon as your mattress emerges from the box, it quickly expands and becomes ready for your slumber within minutes.
While it's all set to sleep on in a jiffy, for the mattress to reach its full glory, it usually takes around 24 - 72 hours.

What exactly is this 'adjustment period,' and why is it necessary?

When you invest in a fresh mattress, you're bidding adieu to an old faithful you've cozied up on for years.

Experts suggest that our bodies need a little time to adapt to new sleep surfaces. That's why we encourage spending a minimum of 30 days with our MLIY Mattress before making the call to keep or return it!

Throughout this period, pay attention to your sleep quality and jot down any noticeable changes. You can even amp up your sleep game by trying out sleep trackers to monitor how your snooze fares with our fantastic MLILY Mattress!

Do I need to flip my mattress once in a while?

MLILY mattresses are designed with a single sleeping surface, so they do not require flipping.
However, your mattress should be rotated 180 degrees every 90 days to promote longevity and even wearing.
Your mattress must also be supported by a firm, flat foundation for longevity, safety and comfort.

How long can I keep my mattress in box?

We advise you to unbox your MLILY Mattress within TWO months of delivery for an optimal experience.
The earlier you set it free from the box, the quicker it springs to life!
